Comments: I had contacted HP seeking a car-charger for my Pavillion Laptop. I had looked for one on all sorts of websites, pricegrabber, froogle, cnet, resellerratings and maybe one other. I usually find the model I need, and then seek the best price for it. As I said, I used HPs very user friendly chat with the tech guy popup-chat deal. The rep told me that this vendor had the precise model that I needed for my laptop. I went to the site and ordered it. I got immediate confirmation of the order, they had it in stock and they shipped it promptly. I might have been able to save a buck or two had I wasted another hour dealing with the shopbots, but this site took care of the transaction with no hassles at all. They were professional, I didnt need to call them and pester them to ship it, or send a half dozen email followups like I have had to do with many other online merchants. Id shop there from them again, with no reservations about doing so. They were good and worth dealing with.
